What an AMAZING experience! I had the honor to go with my friend to photograph her hubby coming home! I have never done anything like that before and it was truly life changing for me! I stood there and watched husbands, wives, moms, dads, children wait for their love ones to arrive home and it really makes you think about how much you may take for granted. The little things of having my husband home with me is never been a been thought of a privileged until you see these families risk everything to keep our country safe! Those moments that were seen melted my heart! Seeing the kids scream “Daddy! Daddy! Your Home!!!” was the sweetest moment I have ever experienced! I will NEVER forget this day for the rest of my life and I thank each and everyone of those men and woman for all that they do for me and my family to be safe. The families that stand by their side…..I thank you too! Without you or soldiers wouldn’t have anyone to lean on and being a crutch for a solider is one of the most IMPORTANT things that they need!
