The Wedding – Chris & Rachel | Rock Springs Center | Greenville NC

If you only knew how much I adore these two! From the beginning they were the most sweetest and kindest people I had met. We had such an amazing time during their engagement session and then afterwards they would send me emails with updates about their wedding and ALWAYS made sure to tell me how great my newest blog post was. I was always so excited to receive an email from either one!

Their wedding day was simply BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything seemed to fall perfectly in place for them…things were done to make their wedding extra extra extra special! From the make up artist (Joanne Maye) to the gorgeous Rock Springs Center…everyone did such an amazing job and truly made Chris and Rachel’s wedding one of a kind!

The Reynolds Family | Raleigh NC Photographer

Oh it is ABOUT time the weather decided to give me and this adorable family a break. Not only did we battle with rain but also with finding the location. Lesley had envisioned a field for her family session that would be lit perfectly for when the sun was setting. Her and I were on a mission to find that field and thankfully after picking through locations Lesley found an AMAZING spot! As we pulled up to the field I literally felt like I was in Lesley’s head. From what she wanted and described to me previously…this fit everything she wanted!

Once we were all out of the car they were READY for pictures. All the kids were armed with smiles and ready for their close ups! I am so happy that we were able to finally enjoy the warm weather and gorgeous sunlight for their family session!

YAY for the “Golden Hour”!!!!!!!!

Meet Jeff & Blair | Duke Gardens | Engagement Photographer

What can I say about Jeff and Blair…other than they are so adorable and I CANNOT wait for their wedding!

I met Jeff a couple months ago with his mom and we all instantly clicked. Jeff kept talking about Blair and every time he did his face would light up…I so excited to meet her. At the time she was away for work and on the day of their engagement session I finally got to meet her! Getting to hang with both Jeff and Blair was so much fun! They loved talking about their wedding day and to be honest I was all ears since I love hearing about my clients BIG day and how they plan to celebrate it.

Blair choose the Duke Gardens for their engagement session for a very special reason. Jeff proposed to her this January at Duke Gardens. It was such an honor to photograph their session there since it held a special meaning to them. The timing couldn’t have been better to shoot there since all the flowers were in full bloom…so heavenly!!
